HELP i need to create a form for data entry of a legal document, lots of
words, with data interspered on form. any help would be most appreciated.

Access isn't really a document preparation tool: Word or Publisher may be more
appropriate. You can interface Access with Word using Word Bookmarks and/or
Mail Merge to incorporate data from an Access table into a Word document.

That said... Jeff's point is well taken. This is AWFULLY vague for a free,
volunteer-supported newsgroup request.
