how to clear deleted items?

went back to mailwasher pro and they were still showing, deleted them
and the lined thru items disappeared from the aol inbox. problem
resolved :-)

You have to purge them, in an IMAP account. It's in one of your menus- I
don't have an IMAP account handy, sorry.
