how to clean Sent Items folder?

Hope someone can help.

I have 2 machines at office, one is using Outlook 2003 via the Lotus Notes
connector to Domino

The other is just a Lotus Notes (v6.5) machine (no Outlook 2003)

If I send any mail from the Lotus Notes desktop, it shows up in Outlook 2003
(on the 2nd machine) in the Sent Items folder and in Unread Mail

how can I automatically clean those away? have tried creating a rule but
can't seem to affect the Sent Items folder

Open the Sent Items folder, select all the items with CTRL-A and press
Delete.
