How to change video input device?

Latest MS Messenger. First run it asked for video device and I selected
Creative Webcam.

Question is, how to I change it to another. Can't find any "button" to allow
selection.

I also have a Fuji digital camera can be a webcam and I have video-in off
radeon can also be used (to pump tv or webcam using camcorder). All were
choices when first run.

To change the video input device, simply open the main Messenger window, click the Tools
menu, then choose Audio/Video Tuning Wizard and go through the wizard to select the
appropriate device.
