How to change upper case letters to low case

sSometimes I pres cap lock instead of shift and type text in upper cases. Is
there an easy way to convert a text written in upper case latters into low
case letters.
 
Select the incorrectly typed text and press Shift+F3 repeatedly to cycle
among upper, title, and lower cases.
 
Format | Change Case.
