How to change the text color using formulae?

Hi,

I have some data which contains time values.. I want to mark those cells
with red text, where the time value is more than 4:00:00 Hrs. Please advice
how to do it.
 
Hi,

You could use conditional formatting:

Format|Conditional format
Cell value
Select Is greater than
enter 04:00:00
Pick a font colour
