How to change the existing IE's url from window application?

Is there anyway to change the url of existing IE Explorer's page from another
window program?

My current IE Explorer's page url is http://msdn.microsoft.com.
I want to change this url of IE to http://www.asp.net from my another window
application's event.

Any idea?

Not sure what you mean. Do you want to change the current URL of an active
IE instance? Or do you want to change the default start page (i.e. the URL
you
go to when you press the Home button)?

To change the default start page you can simply change the "Start Page"
value
in the registry under the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main key
