How to change my chinese UI to english

I have installed a chinese windows xp sp2, the menu and others are all
chinese, I wanna to change all to english, how can I do this?

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
WinXP (in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.

After backing up any important data to an external storage device,
simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
