I have some new icons for microsoft word, excel, outlook and powerpoint.
When I left click the icon, the botton to change the icon is greyed out.
Does anyone know how I can change the icons to my preferences? I have
windows Vista, and MS 2007.

I think what you have to do is create new icons. You point them at the
target app and give them whatever look you want them to have. The default
Office icons can't be changed. This also applied to Office 2003, I think..

Are you trying to change the icons for the exe files? You can't do
that, but you can change the icons for shortcuts to the exe files.
