How to change mailing label size in existing label document

I have a mailing label document with a lot of addresses, but have recently
changed my mailing label size. How do I change the layout without losing the
text?

There is no easy way to do this directly. The preferred method is to use the
existing label document to create a data source for a mail merge (this isn't
anything complicated, just a document with a table that's arranged
differently). Full instructions are at

Once you have that, you can use the mail merge feature to make labels in any
size you want, or envelopes or invitations or spam email... :-) That's
