I have my main Harddrive on C: , dvd on D: and cdrw on E: Somehow, my
second harddrive is G: How do I change it to be on D:? And move the
dvd and cdrw up a letter so it should read something like C: main HDD,
D: Second HDD, E: DVD, F: CDRW. Any ideas?

You can reassign non-system, non-boot partition drive letters in Disk
Management
Start|Run|diskmgmt.msc

This happened to me as well. I think it's a bug in sp2. Thank you for a hint
on how to fix it.

Control Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select Disk
Management and look lower right for the graphic of the drive.

Right click on a CD icon, or in any partition except the C where the
system is, and Change Drive Letter
