Trying to delete some software that is attached to a
seperate account and it says I do not have admin rights.
Then when I look at window of accounts, this is the only
one that shows up and I can not change the rights from
limited to anything else. Help

You should ask someone with an administrative account to do it for you.
Limited account users cannot see other accounts in USER ACCOUNTS applet of
Control Panel.
In the same fashion, limited users cannot make system-wide changes such as
installing or uninstalling programs. If you are the sole user of this
computer and for some reason you created a limited account, log-in with the
admin account to make the changes.
Note: If access cannot be gained to an administrator account, you must logon
in safe mode to make system-wide changes. The true Administrator account
logs in safe mode, with proper password and can make the necessary changes.

How do I log in as the Administrator account ?
