How to build a chart with 2 values per item?

My problem: In my sales forecast in Excel I want to give 2 values for each
customer : Importance (1-5) and Easiness (1-5), and then to plot a graph with
all the customers. The graph should look like a matrix 1-5.
Please advise to (e-mail address removed)
 
Plot the first set of data on the X axis and the second set of data on the Y
axis. Thus, you need to configure your data source in seperate rows as
follows:

Importance: value 1-5
Easiness: value 1-5
 
Very poor answer. i need to attach data labels to the XY Chart. Is there a XY
Labeler in the Excel ?
 
Correction...the problem lies in your CRYPTIC description to your problem.

Charts are based on SOURCE DATA. Thus your source data row/column headings
will DETERMINE your chart's data labels.

NAME YOUR COLUMN AND ROW HEADINGS ACCORDINGLY TO REFLECT YOUR CHART'S DATA
LABELS.
