I have a Vista laptop and I can't boot it normally nor can I access safe
boot. I need to backup my Windows Mail so once I format and re-install Vista
I can transfer it.
What files or folders do I need to back-up to so I can view them on my next
install of Vista?
Thanks for looking.

If you can't run Windows Mail to do a File, Export, then you will need
to copy the entire folder contents under
C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\ .
However, you will lose quite a few settings, and things like message rules,
because those are kept in the registry.

Thanks Gary!
