I have XP Home and Office 2002, including Outlook 2002.

For the life of me, I have been unable to figure out how to copy Outlook
files to a CD.

Does anybody know how?

Thanks.

Where do you get stuck? Locate your pst-file and copy it to CD when Outlook
is closed.

Robert,
Thanks for responding!

I searched for .pst files. There was at least 14 files with a .pst
extension, including "Outlook.pst (13,552kb). This file was in: C:\Documents
and Settings/BILL BOWERS\Desktop\Unused Desktop Shortcuts.

Is that the file you are talking about, or are you talking about ALL of the
files with a .pst extension?

By the way, I say there were "at least 14 files with a .pst extension"
because I stopped the search before it was completed.

Thanks again.

You can see what's in the pst-files by using File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File... (unless it's linked in Outlook already of course). Then backup the
ones you prefer to back-up.
