How to archieve/back up emails from Windows Mail

I am trying to archieve/back up emails from Windows Mail but unable to find
the features that could do it.

Open Windows Mail

Go to menu item:- File|Export|Messages

then follow the prompts
 
Dont feel bad dude Im trying to retrieve Email from my
Ezzellzinternet/dezzell1960 @hotmail.com.., But ihave forgotten passwords in
both areas which has prevented me from going to my windows mail account. i
GIVE UP FOR THE EVENING. INEED RESET HELP IN ALL ACCOUNTS .IVE NEVERE BEEN
MUCH INTO E-MAIL ONLY TO UNCOVER FALSE PRETENSE. nEVERTHELESS; I NEED E-MAIL
HELP. tHANKYOU
