how to anlyzing table after importing

hi.....i need to import an excel sheet almost every day to the same access table.

i done that already but when i analyze that table i cant import new excel sheet anymore...
and how can split that main table into many tables(the main table have duplicated fields like invoice no. supliers names.....and so on in front of every item.....i need to move it to a new table that contain invoice no. and every no. refer to many items.
