How to alter comments in a locked cell ?

The problem: The sheet is locked, however one cell has been allowed to be
changed by using password. Having typed the password, you can change the
contens in the cell, but you are not allowed to change a linked comment to
the cell. How can that be changed?

Eny good ideas?
 
When you protect the worksheet, allow users to edit objects, and you
will be able to edit the comments.
 
Thanks, but the all users will be able to change all comments and not only
userne with a password to celected cells. It must be posible to gain access
to only to selected cells.
