how to alphabetize a field by last name

I have a membership list with several columns. I want to get it in
alphabetical order by last name column with all the rest of the cells in the
field intact. Possible?

#1 You use different columns for FirstName, MiddleName LastName,
Prefix, Postfix. as in:

Joseph Meehan Edward Mr. Retired
