How to add to the default title list in the full name input box?

I need to add a new title to the default choices offered when entering a
contact's full name on the General tab. I can't find where to edit either
the title or suffix list. Word is my email editor.
 
Outlook provides no way to do that. You'll have to type in the title as needed.
