How to add the VBA Add-In??

I was attempting to remove an add-in I created with VSTO 3.0 and I think I
removed my VBA Add-In.. I can't open the Visual Basic Editor.. None of my
existing Macros are working..

I attempt to add the OUTLVBA.DLL but I get an error.. The DLL is not a valid
Office Add-In... Please HELP!!!
 
You can reinstall it from your installation disk of Office/Outlook.
Also check if it hasn't been marked as an disabled item.
