How to add Internet link to Outlook folder?

Is it possible to add a Internet link to outlook folder? for example, I want
my outlook users in my company able to browse the Intranet page when they
click on a button. Say, a folder/link below their "inbox". how to do that?
 
You could create a new folder under the Inbox and then go into its
Properties and select the Home Page Tab and put in a web address and set it
so selecting the folder shows the web address by default.
 
Thanks!! Is there a script or some kind of automation that I can roll out
this feature to all users in the company? that would be great...
 
I am honestly not sure, there may be something in the Office Resource kit or
you may want to ask that question in a new post - sorry.
