I'm using:

"makeiso.exe" -allow-multidot -no-iso-translate -relaxed-filenames -allow-le
ading-dots -N -l -d -D -joliet-long -duplicates-once -no-emul-boot -b
boot.bin -hide boot.bin -hide boot.catalog -volid XPSP2%VERSION% -o
"XPSP2%VERSION%.ISO" "%PATHCD%"

How can i add a press Any key message before the CD boots?

I believe you need to also ensure that bootfix.bin is included in the
CD contents, usually in the i386 directory?
