How to add a Mail Folders horizontal scroll bar in Outlook?

My folder names are long and I wish to scroll horizontally. How to enable
this horizontal scroll bar?
 
Switch to folder view (Ctrl+6) or just hover the mouse pointer over the
folder name - or drag the inside part of the window inward to make the
navigation pane wider.
