How to add a folder to Outlook favorites?

I see my Inbox in the Outlook 2003 favorites folders. How can I add
more folders to the favorites folder? When I select new folder it does
not offer the favorites folder as a destination.

If you right click on the folder it should give you an option to "Add
to Favorite Folders"
