How to activate Windows 2000 using an Unattended.txt file ?

here what i put in..

[userdata]
productkey=
or
productid=
 
Windows 2000 does not require or support activation. Windows XP and later
require activation.

The correct syntax for supplying a product key for Windows 2000 is as
follows:

[UserData]
ProductID="xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx"
