I have a need to be able to view emails that are stored on various computer
in the office, if it is possible, how?

This newsgroup is for questions about writing code for Microsoft Access
database forms. You're much more likely to get a useful answer if you
ask your question in a forum that deals specifically with whatever email
software you use in your office.

Sorry, maybe I should be more specific, I have an access database that has
Outlook ID's stored in it, these have been added from various computers in
the office, I would like to be able to view the associated emails on any
computer in the office even if it is stored in a different computers Outlook.

This is very much an Outlook (or Exchange) question rather than an
Access one. I suggest you start by collecting a bit more information
about what you're trying to do, e.g.:

-exactly what you mean by "Outlook ID": is this the EntryId assigned by
Outlook, or the Message ID from the email header, or something else?

-the names and locations of the .pst (or other) files in which the
messages are stored

-any access or permissions issues.

Then search www.outlookcode.com and www.slipstick.com, two great
resources for Outlook and Exchange.
