How the heck do i send emails from different addresses

I have 3 different email addresses and sometimes I want
to send an email and have it come from one of those
addresses. How can I do it? Outlook express allows you to
drop down any choice but outlook regular does not. HELP

You forgot to post your Outlook version and mail support mode. No one could
answer without knowing that.
