How search data in query

One of databases contains a filed which has a drop down list



Category The options are MEM

TRUS

ALP

EXC

TSS



However some of our volunteers are more that one of these so in the field we record it like this



EG ALP, TRUS

Or TSS, MEM



My question is when I am doing a query and I want to search for TRUS or whatever how can I make it ignore the fact that there might be another category in front of it. When I type in “TRUS” in the query it won’t bring anything up because all our Trustees are something else as well
