How remove stay-on-top message window ?

My Epson Twain scanner puts its progress meter in a message window
which stays on top of all other windows and can't be dragged to one
side.

Is there a way to stop this message window staying on top?

Can I make this message window draggable?

This is by design and nothing cannot be done, unless the programmers of
the software do not decide to re-design it.

Probably not, but you could explore the files in the WINDOWS\TWAIN32\Epson
directory, esspecially .INI if any for settings. Look also in the Registry
under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Epson and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Epson for any possible settings that might turn
off the progress window.

So it's not possible to have the reverse action of those stay-on-top
utilities?
