HOW PUT WORD-ART IN THE BACKGROUND AND WRITE OVER IT

I am designing an invoice and I want to put with word-art the initials of my
company in the background. and when I make the invoice whatever I write has
to appear over the word-art letters that I inserted. Is this possible excel
