How much for my database

I have created what I think is quite an in-depth database of people
management for a specific audience, the members of a non-profit charity
organisation.

Although I have created it 100% for my own purpose, someone now has asked
for a copy. Its taken a LOT of hours and quite a bit of head scratching but
now its just about done and so I'm not ready to just hand it over.

So my question is this, does anyone know where I can go to find out the
going rate for this type of thing? Obviously we cant accept payment but I can
at least offer a 'recommended donation' to our charity.

Without seeing the database it's self, it is very hard to say. Perhaps your
best bet would be to check the web for a similar product, even if it is not
aimed directly at your audience, and use it as a guideline.

Just as an FYI

I also work for a non-profit 503c, and you can charge, you just cannot make
a profit.
