I want to send group emails to over 1000 recipients, how many people can I
send to at once?

I was told it was around 130.

If so, can a setting be changed or something?

Thanks for any help!

That's up to your email provider.
Some have limits of 50 or so at a time, and a maximum per day.
I don't know of a limit in Windows Mail.

That is totally up to what your ISP allows. Ask them. Windows Mail couldn't
care if it was 100,000.

It's likely to be a limit set by your email provider instead of you,
so you may have to ask them and then ask them if they can
change it for you. It's sometimes higher if you have a business
account instead of a home user account.

I'm not sure if Windows Mail also has a limit on the total
number of addresses you can use on one outgoing message;
if there is, I may have seen a message saying this limit is
32.

If WM was written the same as OE, the 32 is probably the maximum number of
accounts it will handle.

You can have up to 32 accounts in OE. See:
