I can make two diffrent screen size ( 600 x 800 ) and ( 1024 x 1200 ) for 2
diffrent user on same pc WHY NOT. ?

When i log out and in as other user is same size....

Not possible, I bugged this during the beta but it was set as by design.

Well, you can do, it, but manually. GPU developers usually install utilities
in the notification area that make you do it on the fly.

If both users are using the same screen then are you sure you want different
sized screens?
It is not the best way to make things bigger or smaller especially if its a
flat panel.
If that is what you want, you need to look at the dpi settings under
personalize for the screen properties (right click on the screen
background).
BTW I don't know if you can have different dpi settings for different users
but I would expect so.

after 5 years of development vista did not add this simple thing....

Vista did add more DRM better WGA and lots and lots of CRAP.

I'd like to see different screen resolutions for different users too.
Two users, one with good eyes, one with not so good eyes.

The problem with the dpi setting is that not everything follows that.

Just as it's always been with WinNT, Win2K, and WinXP, Vista's Screen
resolution and clolor depth settings are system-wide settings that apply
to all users. For the earlier operating systems, Some video adapters
come with utilities that do allow the user to quickly reset the display
settings "on the fly," and some allow for different settings for
different users, but Vista lacks the capability natively.
