Aside from Mark's suggestion about NET STATISTICS WORKSTATION from a command
line, you can also type SYSTEMINFO from a command line. This will provide
you with a large amount of information about your system, including it's
uptime.
Also, if you're connected to a LAN or some other kind of network, you may be
able to determine your uptime by examining the status of the network
connection. Assuming the connection was made when the system started up
(and hasn't been broken since), the Duration of the network connection can
be used to determine the approximate uptime of the system.
