how long does it take to restore items in the recycling bin?

hey my sister deleted all my stuff and put it in the recycling bin. i went
to the recycling bin and right clicked and restored everything i needed but i
can't find it now. i am really freaking out somebody help me please!! i am
thinking it takes an hour or so to restore but that's just wishful thinking!

When you click on "Restore" from the Recycle Bin, the items are restored
immediately. Try searching for a known filename to locate your stuff.

In the future, please set up a separate account from your sister, and use a
password.She apparently cannot be trusted, but Windows gives you the option
of making your files safe from her itchy delete finger.
