How is this effect acheived?

Hi,

I'm interested to find out how the effect on the titles of this website is
achieved? http://www.standerwick.co.uk/ (specifically it's the words
INTRODUCTION & INNOVATIVE DESIGN FOR LIFE).

It looks like Flash to me but when I right click on it Flash doesn't appear
in the options.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I see Flash when I right click over the words.

Yes, it is Flash. RightClick in the right spot and it will say so. Also
evident in the page source or simply by choosing to edit it in FP.
