scheduling a recurring email to go automatically

using an older version of outlook, and exch 2000, how can
i setup a recurring email to go out automatically every
week to a distribution list?

even if i am not there, i want this email to go.

Compose the email and there should be a options button in the toolbar. It
will be in there.

Note it would be more helpful if you provide the version of outlook. You
can verify this by opening outlook and going to help and about

I am using the email scheduler that I've downloaded this post and it
works great, except it has caused my outlook to randomly lock up.
Has anyone been having problems like this. By the way, I am using
faxpress as well. Would this have any affect?
