How I can find who has NOT sent me mail?

This may seem a bit of a stupid thing to want to do but....

I have a list of people that I must get an email response from each day and
I am looking for a simple way of finding who on the list has NOT sent me an
email today so that I can chase them up.

I have played with search folders and advanced search, and it is easy to
create a list of email addresses and have then appear in the search folder
if they HAVE sent me an email, but I have to then check through this list
(are there over a hundred) to see who hasn't sent me a mail. Tedious and
error prone.

So can you help me find the missing emails?

If all your recipients are using Outlook, and you are using Outlook on an
Exchange sever (as opposed to a single user), you could try using Voting
Buttons.
In your sent items, the email you sent using voting buttons will have a
tracking tab listing who has and has not responded.
Hope this Helps.
p.s. I don't know if voting buttons has a limit in tracking - 100+ is - to
say the least - a lot
