How i can delete files from registry, after XP Home re-install

I need to re-install XP Home in my PC.
Some programs can't continue to run after this process and i want to delete tehm from my PC (directories and registry entries).
How?

Format the partitions as part of the install. This will delete all the
programs and data. See this link for how to do a clean install:

The process is: re-install teh Xp
I don't have all the programs in my Add/Remove programs window, but the programs continue to exist (not complete) in my PC
