How do I synchronize my contacts on my MWmobile 6 device with Outlook on my
Vista computer. Cannot get synchronization of anything but media files using
Sync Center/Windows Mobile Device Center/Windows Mobility Center.
Using my other computers with XP and with activesync all works well. Can
Activesync run on Vista? I have read all the other posts and saw a lot of
references to Outlook, but Outlook doesn't do syncs. I am not using Windows
Mail (outlook express replacement) - this post category was closest to any
match for subject.
Thanks

Try a newsgroup meant for Outlook questions, such as:

microsoft.public.outlook.general

Mention which version of Outlook you have, and that you're running it
under Vista; also mention which version you're running under XP.

ActiveSync doesn't run on Vista.
Sorry, this newsgroup only supports the Windows Mail program.

Mr. Miles,
thanks for reference on where to proceed...however, insufficient information
on path/url to "...microsoft.public.outlook.general"
example attemted to amend current path from
...."=microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail" and received a not found message.

Thanks
