How get rid of Zoner Draw 3?

Every time I click now on a Hyperlink Zoner Draw 3 wants to re-install
itself.

I removed Zoner Draw 3 via Control Panel and also deleted all references in
the registry.

Yet to no avail. It still wants to re-install itself and the hyperlink does
not come up.

SEARCH does not find anything of Zoner Draw 3.

How do I rid myself of this pest?

Pest, exactly..CCleaner is a good tool for things like that, and what did
you use to find the references in the registry? I use RegSeeker and have
had very good luck with it.
 
I went into the Registry and then to Search and typed in "Zoner Draw 3"

That found it, BUT it still want to re-install, where THAT comes from I have
no idea.

That is what makes it so annoying.
 
Thanks for suggesting CC Cleaner. I have it and did not think of it. I ran
it and it seemed to have solved the problem.
