how do you use purchase orders?

I'm not sure how to use the purchase order templates on the microsoft page
for example hoe do you print a purchase order or how do you make the purchase
order number a certain value and how do you get different numbers after that.
Any help will be appreciated.
 
Are you talking about a Word template? This is an Access newsgroup. We
help people build databases in Microsoft Access.
