how do you transfer your email address"s

i have been using netscape as my server and email account.i signed up for
cable and recieved a new email account.how do i transfer my address lists
from netscape too my cable account without having too retype them all?thanks

What email client did you utilize? Netscape Mail?
You can continue to use the actual Netscape Mail Client. As long as you are
using a local client - your address books/contacts will still be intact.
Ifv you used the WEBMAIL - you will have to look on Netscape's (or the
webmail service in question) web page for instructions on how to export your
address book/contacts.
