How do you transfer Outlook Express info to Outlook 2003?

I just purchased Office 2003 and i have been using Outlook Express how can I
transfer my infromation from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003.

For mail, in OE go to File-Export. DO NOT "IMPORT" MAIL FROM WITHIN OUTLOOK.
For addressbooks, in Outlook go to File-Import and Export-Import Mail
and Addresses but *UNCHECK* the "mail option.
For settings, in Outlook go to File-Import and Export-Import Internet

For messages, after configuring Outlook properly, in Outlook Express click
File>Export>Messages.

For Contacts, in Outlook click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail
and Addresses>Next. Select Outlook Express, uncheck "Import Mail" and click
Next. Select the duplicate handling you want and click Finish.
