How do you take apart a Dell 2400 to upgrade Memory?

I want to upgrade to a 512mb but I can't figure out what screws to unscrew?
Basically don't know how to take cover off? I have a Dell 2400 series desktop
PC. Can someone help me?

No offense, but if you can't figure out how to open the computer case you
may want to consider having a computer technician upgrade that RAM for you!
 
If you do not know how to take off the cover then you do not know how to change the RAM. Take it to a professional
 
My Dell 2400 came with a manual that easily explains it.
And, no screws involved.

Not to encourage damaging your computer...

However, my son was having trouble working on his Dell 550,
until he discovered that the front facade (that pretty piece
of plastic) pops off.

He grumbled to me when he r n r'd a CD burner I gave him for
Christmas that it was a "real pain" to have to remove the
facade every time he wanted to r n r something.

Personally, I'd go with the suggestion someone else made. If
you can't figure out how to get inside the computer, perhaps
it would be wiser to take it to a pro...

and get a new case for next time ??

I know I worked on someone's computer a few years ago and
the front lifted up 2 inches then popped off the tracks. The
sides then opened like the covers of a book.

?????

The guy asked me, "Why is this so difficult to get into?"

I said, "Very likely, the designers didn't want newbies
getting inside."
