How do you "switch e-mail Identies" in Outlook?

In Outlook Express was very easy to "switch identies" and look at another
family members e-mail, In Outlook 2003 it seems that you have to log out? Am
I missing something here?
 
No, you have it right.

Outlook requires that you log off and then log back on using an alternative
profile.
