How do you sort the items on the quick access tool bar?

Don't know how to sort the items for Quick Access Tool Bar on the ribbon.
Does anyone else know how?
 
What do you mean by sort, rearrange the way you like it? Beside the QAT
you'll find a little arrow. Click on it and choose -> More Commands...
In the next dialog on the right listbox click on the option you would like
to rearrange and click on the up and down arrow beside the listbox.
