How do you set-up Outlook Address Books with email addresses only?

I would like to set-up address books for bulk mailings to contemporaries. I
have only the email addresses of these individuals and no need for the other
information normally requested for input in Outlook 2000 such as mail
address, telephone, etc. Is it possible to set-up groups of address books
with email addresses only? How do you bypass the request for other
information, etc.? Mike A.
 
This answer is based on Outlook 2002:

When you create a Distribution List it offers you two choices for member entry,
one is from your members list in Contacts and the other is for any ad-hoc
entries you'd like to include. The latter only requires a display name and an
e-mail address.
 
Your question is not clear. By default, the Outlook Address Book contains
only electronic addresses.
Perhaps you meant to ask something else.
Like how to create Distribution Lists?
Easy.
File > New > Distribution List
