i AM TRYING TO ROUND CORNER ON A PHOTO WITH MY MICROSOFT PICTURE MANAGER AND
WINDOWS PAINT BUT CAN NOT SEEM TO FIGURE IT OUT. wANT AN OVAL PICTURE NOT
SQUARE PLEASE HELP

Turn you caps lock off.

Oval and round are just illusions, they don't really existing in the image world...everything is really a square or a rectangle.

The parts that you want to be invisible to create the illusion you can make transparent with the Transparency Tool in FP...but that area must be of one color. Be aware that if you have shadows, shading, gradients in that area and you use the transparency tool on one color you may end up with jaggies.

You need to MS Picture It! or similar application.
